Working in partnership with principle contractor Modus and leading telecoms infrastructure provider, BT, Tri-B Projects were delighted to be chosen to work on prestige local project, The centre has undergone a major revamp to modernise it and create a fantastic workplace for hundreds of their colleagues. The first phase of works, which started during the pandemic is now completed and has transformed the building.

Works completed by Tri-B Projects included, refurbishment of existing perimeter rooms and toilet areas, new glazed partitions and ceilings were installed, featured dwarf curved walls were constructed, bespoke SFS feature in middle of building, finally we completed phase one of the project with a bespoke joinery package.
